Using Lidesync means you understand and accept the following platform rules. These terms borrow the structure of mature rewards programs for accounts, rewards, payments, and fraud controls, then narrow it to app-download promotion.
Each person may create and use only one publisher account. You must provide truthful, accurate, reachable information and remain responsible for your credentials, payout account details, and dashboard activity. The platform may ask you to update information or complete reasonable review before withdrawal.
Publishers may generate dedicated links for listed apps and share them through lawful, authorized, non-misleading channels. Do not promise rewards not shown by the platform, impersonate an app team or Lidesync, or promote through spam, malicious popups, forced redirects, or deceptive placements.
Commission is calculated from each app's commission base and publisher rate. Download records, recharge reward records, commission amounts, and account balances remain subject to platform rules, technical records, and campaign status; abnormal, reversed, duplicate, or non-compliant records may be canceled or adjusted.
After reaching the payout threshold, publishers may request withdrawal through PayPal. The payout account must belong to the publisher or be authorized for use; withdrawal requests may be reviewed, held, adjusted, or rejected when account information is incomplete, activity is abnormal, or these terms are violated.
Do not use automation tools, scripts, emulators, traffic farms, download farms, fake devices, duplicate accounts, proxy IPs, VPNs, or other methods that hide identity or location to obtain commission. The platform may restrict features, freeze balances, reverse commission, or close accounts.
Publisher content must be truthful and clear. It may not mislead users into downloading apps or include illegal, infringing, hateful, adult, gambling, malware-related, or reputation-damaging material. App assets, marks, and download URLs may be used only for authorized campaigns.
Apps, download URLs, and third-party stores shown on Lidesync are operated by the relevant app team or platform. Users who download, install, or use an app must also follow the terms of that app, app store, device platform, and payment provider.
Campaign availability, reward rules, payout thresholds, and settlement timing may change over time. If a campaign ends, an app is unavailable, a download URL fails, or risk is detected, the platform may pause promotion links and related commission settlement.
